Residential Furnace & Duct Cleaning

COMPRESSED AIR METHOD

FURNACE AND DUCT CLEANING

Air duct cleaning – 200/250 psi (pounds per sq. inch) of compressed air

is used to air blast all Hot & Cold air ducts.

PULL with powerful big vacuum hose (14,000 CFM Suction) from inside your furnace

PUSH with compressed air, spray wands or skipper lines each vent individually

AGITATE with flexible skip lines through the plenums.

THREE METHODS OF CLEANING YOUR VENTILATION SYSTEM

(1) COVENTIONAL “BLOW GUN” METHOD

Commercial grade truck mount vacuum attached directly to your furnace & duct system
drawing on 14,000 CFM. High Pressure air hoses with 210 psi of compression air is used
to blast all hot and cold air vents down to main duct line.  Reverse air skipper lines are used
to agitate and move dust and debris to our vacuum and out of he house.

Recommended for routine maintenance every 1-2 Years

(2) FORWARD “SKIPLINE” METHOD

Includes “CONVENTIAL METHOD” along with a forward blowing air line moved down every
vent. The Forward skip line ball swirls, agitating and moving dust & debris along vent lines.

Recommended for cleaning between 3-5 years, or after light construction or renovation

(3) BRUSH METHOD THE ULTIMATE SYSTEM

First: we power vacuum out the entire duct work system.
Second: all vent line are scrubbed with our Silica Carbide rotary brush system. With your heating
system still under suction, our technicians will brush the inside of the ductwork. This includes the side,
tops, and bottoms of your furnace ducts from the register all the way to the main lines, removing the
caked on dirt and dust. This procedure is then duplicated on both the hot and cold main lines.
Third: we vacuum your system again removing all loose debris.
